The term "Medication Treatment Management," or MTM, refers to a program that helps you manage your prescriptions and health problems.
Medication treatment management (MTMs) and thorough drug reviews are revolutionizing healthcare. At Fenton Pharmacy, we virtually review your medicine list and treatment schedule in conjunction with your doctor and insurance plans, then address any issues we identify. We can modify your current medications with MTMs to provide you the best possible quality of life. We'll check for any possible side effects, drug issues, and the best time for you to take your prescription. Moreover, we'll get in touch with your doctor and work together to provide you with the care you require if you need to modify or add a new medication to your therapy.. 4. Health Screenings
Don't want to visit the doctor but want a health check-up? In order for you to understand more about your health without having to visit the doctor's office, we provide health tests on-site. Health screenings are essential for monitoring the development of several chronic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension. We provide our patients FREE blood-pressure examinations to help them maintain their health. We also educate the patients on diabetes, cholesterol, etc.

6. Medication Synchronization
